Chen Zixian
With 20 years of business management and frontline team leadership experience spanning both the software/Internet and education industries, he has served as a senior executive at a listed company. Starting out in the Internet industry, he lived through the complete transformation from PC to mobile Internet and has firsthand insight into enterprise digital transformation and the evolution of business models. After moving into education, he led a nationwide business unit, coordinating multi-region operations and organizational building and managing a team of several hundred people — distilling a solid methodology in strategic planning, goal decomposition, and organizational effectiveness, with a particular knack for finding the certain path to growth in an uncertain business environment.
Choosing to start over from zero at forty, he founded StarForge with his years of industry insight, management system, and commercial judgment, using AI to answer the most pressing transformation challenge facing enterprises today — and setting off with the team on an entirely new track.
Fu Qiang
For more than a decade he has been rooted on the front lines of defense and military informatization, focusing over the long term on the architecture design and core R&D of classified information platforms, command-and-control systems, and secure communication systems, and taking part in a number of major national-level informatization programs. From low-level communication protocols to distributed system architecture, from encrypted data transmission to end-to-end security protection, he has repeatedly honed his technical craft in extreme scenarios demanding high concurrency, high reliability, and high security, holding system performance and engineering quality to near-absolute standards. The defense system's extreme demands for stability and security shaped his rigorous sense of engineering standards and his systematic technical thinking.
Today he brings that rigorous standard of national-level engineering to StarForge, laying a solid technical foundation for our AI products so that every intelligent call is secure, stable, and dependable — underwriting enterprise intelligent transformation with defense-grade quality.
Xie Xinjian
Serving large organizations such as central and state-owned enterprises over the long term, he is a senior product leader deeply versed in digital transformation. The group-level digital platforms he has designed and delivered cover real business scenarios such as smart government services, enterprise operations, supply-chain collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, with several ten-million-yuan-scale projects driven by him end to end and built from zero to one. Years of co-creating with the decision-making layers of large organizations have given him an understanding of business processes, organizational structures, compliance constraints, and decision chains that goes beyond the technical level. He excels at turning vague, fragmented, and mutually constraining complex demands into clear, executable product plans, and at driving collaborative delivery across multiple departments and systems.
